A value of false(2) indicates that BACP is unsupported.
              
The BACP functionality, if supported, can be enabled or
disabled via g9982AdminCP, while g9982OperCP
reflects the current BACP operating mode.
              
This object maps to the TR-159 attribute aEthBACPSupported.
