FspR7NtpTest
Operational parameter for invoking a connection test procedure. If set to ntpTest(2) then a connection with remote NTP server is being checked. Result of this operation is saved under ntpServerTestStatus column. When operation finish then value is automaticaly set to rls(1). It cannot be set to rls(1) by hand.
