FspR7PreferredFacilityType
Default type of facility model to use for automatically created facilities. SDH will cause STM64, STM16, VC4, VC3 type facilities to be auto-created. SONET will cause OC192, OC48, STS1 and STS3c type facilities to be auto-created.
