This object is used to create or destroy rows in
intraNeConnectionsTable. To create a row in
that table, set this object to create(2) and deployConnType,
deployConnEndpointA, deployConnEndpointB in one request.
To remove a row set this object to destroy(3) and
deployConnEndpointA in one request.
