Drop color configuration.Only 'red' and 'yellow' can be used here. When configuring 'red(1)', it only drops red packet; configuring 'yellow(2)', it drops both 'red' and 'yellow' packet. Only for policer behavior. When policy mode is aggregative policer, the result of DropColor will be none(0).
