Enumeration
System IGMP snooping working mode: disabled(1): disable the snooping IGMP function, and all IGMP report or leave message will be forward transparent. svgl(2): shared vlan group learning, all group learning in each VLAN will be awared of by other VLAN. ivgl(3): independent vlan group learning, all group learning by each VLAN cannot be used by other VLAN. ivgl-svgl(4): svgl-and-ivgl-coexist.
