snStackSecSwitchCfgCmd

snStackSecSwitchSlotId must be set before the Configuration 
command sent from the primary switch to the secondary switch 
either manually or automatically.
auto(2)...........auto-configuration command sent.
manual(3).........manual-configuration command sent.
				   if manual-mode is used, snStackSecSwitchIpAddr
				   and snStackSecSwitchSubnetMask must be
				   first set before this command is sent.
The return result of the above commands are either
normal(0)...........normal condition.
invalid(1)..........invalid result.
