Integer32
A value that indicates the configuration
capabilities of a node. The 'Hold Available' bit
indicates the support of the optional Hold
Function, which is controlled by
fddiSMTConfigPolicy. The 'CF-Wrap-AB' bit
indicates that the station has the capability of
performing a wrap_ab (refer to ANSI SMT 9.7.2.2).
The value is a sum. This value initially takes
the value zero, then for each of the configuration
policies currently enforced on the node, 2 raised
to a power is added to the sum. The powers are
according to the following table:
