Action for attachment control. When setting this object to attach(2) to begin the attaching operation, a particular ACE is attached to a particular ACL. When setting this object to detach(3) to begin the not attached operation, then a particular ACE is not attached to a particular ACL. When the action is finshed or no action is taken, the value of this object is noAction(1), The value of a particular ACL is specified in the diffServAclAttachCtlAceType and diffServAclAttachCtlAceIndex.
