Controls the enabling and disabling of ACL classifcation rule
model.
          
A value of enabled(1) indicates classification rules will be
applied via ACL list according to etsysPolicyProfileACL leaf.
A value of disabled(2) indicates classification rules will be
applied via etsysPolicyRuleTable.
          
The agent may optionally implement this leaf as read-only.
This object MUST be considered non-volatile and its value MUST
be maintained across entity resets.
