Indicates the MAC address that is flapping between
eltMnFlappingFirstPortId and eltMnFlappingSecondPortId on 
eltMnFlappingVlanNumber. 
          
This object is instantiated only when eltMnFlappingFeatureEnabled 
value is set to true(1) and a MAC flapping is detected by the MAC 
flapping notification feature.
