Gives finer control of the next-hop-self configuration
provided by eltexBgpPeerNxtHopSlf.
              
When eltexBgpPeerNxtHopSlf is 'false', BGP does not perform
next-hop-self for any address family.
              
When eltexBgpPeerNxtHopSlf is 'true', BGP performs 
next-hop-self for those address families for which 
eltexBgpPeerAddrFamilyNxtHopSlf is 'true'.
              
If the value of this object is changed while the peer session
is active, BGP will check for any routes that need to be
advertised or withdrawn as a result of the change.
