Gives finer control of the maximum prefix configuration
provided by eltexBgpPeerConfigMaxPrfx.
To configure address family specific values for the maximum
number of prefixes that can be accepted from the peer,
set eltexBgpPeerConfigMaxPrfx to zero, and set
eltexBgpPeerAddrFamilyConfigMaxPrfx to the limit
for this address family.
