Object
When this MIB is set to one, additional binding is appended to the cold or warm start Trap (HMS). The EMS must set the bound OID to 1 to acknowledge receipt of the trap. The DHT then uses the cfgEmsTimeout & cfgEmsRetry to resend the trap if necessary.
