This object controls the weight (cpW) change in queue length in the calculation of cpFb when the CP is generating a CNM. If the object is x, the cpW is two to the power of (x-2). Thus, if this object contains a 1, cpW = 1/2. The range of the value of this object may be limited by the chipset used.
