Enumeration
Specifies the start days-of-the-week of the periodic time-range entry.
1. If the start days-of-the-week is set to Sunday, Monday... or Saturday
then the end days-of-the-week shall be set to Sunday, Monday..., or Saturday.
1-1. If the start time is equal to the end time (for example: 09:00 - 09:00),
it means that the rule is active in the whole day.
1-2. If the end time is prior to the start time (for example: 05:00 - 01:00),
it means that the rule is inactive from 01:01 to 04:59.
2. If the start days-of-the-week is set to Daily, Weekdays, or Weekend,
then the end days-of-the-week shall be set the same as start,
and the start time shall be before the end time.
