This is defined as dot1qVlanIndex in the Q-BRIDGE-MIB. Configures one control VLAN for each ERPS instance. The control VLAN is used only to send and receive ERPS message. A control VLAN can not belong to more than one ERPS instance. A value of 0 means no control VLAN configured for this instance.
