When aclAttachCtlAceType is ipAce(2), the value of aclAttachCtlIndex is the diffServIpAceEntry. When aclAttachCtlAceType is ipv6Ace(3), the value of aclAttachCtlIndex is the diffServIpv6AceEntry.
