The admin value of the RST path cost or MST internal path cost, in the range of 1 to 200000000. 0 indicate the pathcost is dynamically determined by attribute of the port. This parameter is used to determine the best path between devices. Therefore, lower values should be assigned to ports attached to faster media, and higher values assigned to ports with slower media. (Path cost takes precedence over port priority).
