of dot3OamEventLogTable in DOT3-OAM-MIB.
When the OUI (dot3OamEventLogOui) is 0x0012CF, the following
event types are defined:
   connectionToRemoteDeviceUp(1001),
   connectionToRemoteDeviceDown(1002),
   linkFaultClear(1003),
   dyingGaspEventClear(1004),
   criticalLinkEventClear(1005)
All these events are not threshold crossing events.
