scalar r/w INET-ADDRESS-MIBInetAddress 
IP address of the secondary DNS server in the NCC.  If
the terminal has no secondary DNS server assigned or if
this Internet address is unknown, the value of this
object is the zero-length OCTET STRING.
The InetAddressType is given by the
dvbRcsSecondaryDnsServerInetAddressType object.
