SNMPv2-SMICounter32
This counter is incremented by OctetCount for
each frame counted by dot12OutHighPriorityFrames.
Note that this counter will roll over very
quickly. It is provided for backward
compatibility for Network Management protocols
that do not support 64 bit counters (e.g. SNMP
version 1).
