This attribute specifies which bits of a packet's
IP Source Address are compared to match this rule.
An IP packet matches the rule when the packet source address
bitwise ANDed with the InetSourceMask value
equals the docsIetfQosIpPktClassInetSourceAddr
value.
The address type of this attribute is specified by InetAddressType.
              
If the referenced parameter is not present in a classifier,
this attribute reports the value of 'FFFFFFFF'H.
