typically 1.25 times the measurement bandwidth.
              
This object cannot be changed while a capture is in progress. It will
return a value of 'inconsistentValue' if set while the value of
'docsPnmCmtsUsImpNoiseMeasStatus' is set to a value of 'busy'.
