scalar r/w Enumeration 
This attribute enables the enforcement of Multicast
Autorization feature. When this attribute is set
to 'enable' Multicast Authorization is enforced;
otherwise clients are permitted to join any IP multicast
session. The factory default value of this attribute
is 'disable'.
