Object
This attribute is the higher of the CCAP's minimum supported downstream frequency and the CM's minimum supported downstream frequency. It indicates the lowest downstream frequency the CCAP can use to communicate with this CM taking into account the capabilities of both devices. This object is applicable to DOCSIS 3.1 modems but not to prior versions of DOCSIS modems. If the CM is a pre-DOCSIS 3.1 modem, the CMTS returns zero.
