An X509 DER-encoded certificate authority
certificate.
To help identify certificates, either this object or
docsBpi2CmtsCACertThumbprint must be returned by a CMTS for
self-signed CA certificates.
Note: The NULL string must be returned, on reads, if the
entire certificate is not retained in the CMTS.
