This object indicates whether this interface is enabled to send 
agentSwitchMacChangedNotification when a MAC address which it learnt
previously is removed or aged out from the forwarding database. This
variable has no effect when the value of 
agentSwitchMnGlobalFeatureEnabled object is false(2).
