agentSwitchMnGlobalFeatureEnabled

This object indicates MAC notification feature is currently 
enabled or not.
          
If the object value is set to false (2), feature is disabled 
and no notifications are generated by the device.
          
If the object value set to true (1), feature is enabled.
Once the MAC notification feature is enabled on the device,
behavior for each interface is controlled by the 
agentSwitchMnIfConfigTable.
