column r/w packets per second Integer32 
This object indicates rate limit value for DHCP
Snooping purpose. If the incoming rate of DHCP packets
exceeds the value of this object for consecutively
burst interval seconds, DHCP packets will be
dropped. Value of -1 indicates that there is no rate limit.
