  This opearation is the normal Monitoring Mode
          
manual:
          
fast-scan:
  This mode is to asertain the minimum PHY metrics
    -dmonPhyChannelPower
    -dmonPhyChannelSigQMER
    -dmonPhyChannelSigQEqualizationData
    -dmonPhyChannelQAMlocked
    -dmonPhyChannelFEClocked
              
re-start:
  When the re-started option is selected, the DMon MUST purge only the data
  from the dmonPhyHistoryInfoTable and restart the Channel Scan startup procedure.
  The DMon MUST retain the last baseline measurement and revert to auto mode operation.
