Specify the source of the channel map
          
This mode is not persistent and MUST be configured at digest of 
the DOCSIS configuration file during CMTS registration
          
dsg:
  DMon uses DSG to retrieve the channel map from the SCTE-65. 
  The DMon will use that data to update the dmonPhyInfoTable with 
  this information.
            
auto-discovery:
  Auto discover is use to blindly determine the Downstream QAM 
  channels and build the dmonPhyInfoTable.
          
provisioning:
        The mode will manual define the channel map via the dmonPhyInfoTable via the 
 DOCSIS Configuration file
