This object is for setting the system time in seconds 
from  Epoch (00:00:00 UTC, January 1, 2009). Notice : 
input value must larger than 284083276 (00:00:00 UTC, 
January 1, 2009) and smaller than 1136073599 (23:59:59
UTC, December 31, 2035).
