column r/w SNMPv2-TCRowStatus

This object indicates the status of fdbUnicastStaticFDBTable
to which a frame with a specific unicast 
address will be flooded in the event that it has not 
been learned. To set fdbUnicastStaticFDBPort, 
we have to set the rowstatus as 'NOT_IN_SERVICE' and 
set the appropriate port in the 
fdbUnicastStaticFDBPort and set the rowstatus as 
'ACTIVE' to make the port available.
