Object
Specifies the host address used on the
traceroute request at the remote host. The
host address type can be determined by
examining the value of the corresponding
traceRouteCtlTargetAddressType.
A value for this object MUST be set prior to
transitioning its corresponding traceRouteCtlEntry to
active(1) via traceRouteCtlRowStatus.
