diffServActionConformingOctets

The number of  octets conforming to this meter.  This
object may be used on low speed interfaces, and
represents the least significant 32 bits of
diffServActionHCConformingOctets.
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur
at re-initialization of the management system, and at
other times as indicated by the value of
ifCounterDiscontinuityTime.
