This object to decide how many broadcast/multicast (depend on swL2DevCtrlBcastStormCtrl, swL2DevCtrlMcastStormCtrl or swL2DevCtrlDestLookupFailureCtrlobjects whether is enabled) packets per second will pass thru. Beyond the limit, the device will start dropping that type of packet until the second interval has expired . Once the time interval has expired , the device will start forwarding that type of packet.
