Enumeration
Indicates the scheduling mechanism for CoS queues. In strict(2) mode - packet process will start from highest CoS queue for a given port, then moves on to the next lower CoS queue while the higher CoS queue is empty packet. In roundRobin(3) mode - packet process will start from highest CoS queue for a given port, then moves on to the next lower CoS queue after sending swL2CosMaxPackets or when the higher CoS queue is empty packet.
