OriginatorState
Whether the router is an originator for an (S,G) message
flow. This corresponds to the state of the per-(S,G)
Originator state machine in the PIM-DM specification.
This field is only relevant for PIM-DM. It is always set
to 'notOriginator' if any of the following are true:
- the group is not operating in dense mode
- pimTmEntMgmdProxy is 'true'
- pimTmEntStateRefreshCapable is 'false'.
