The unreserved bandwidth on this interface (ospfPmIfUnresBwidth0, .. 7) is updated in real-time by the External IF Config Stub. In order to increase performance and reduce network traffic, this parameter determines the minimal percentage change of unreserved bandwidth that causes a new Opaque LSA to be originated.
