This table is used to statically configure exclude mode state on a particular interface - i.e. group memberships that do not specify a source address. Group memberships associated with objects in this table persist regardless of matching dynamic memberships learned over IGMP or MLD. Objects in this table also appear in the read-only mgmdRouterCacheTable and mgmdRouterPerEntCacheTable tables, alongside memberships learned over IGMP or MLD.
