The remote address prefix.
              
The length must be consistent with bgpPeerRangeRemoteAddrType,
4 for ipv4 and 16 for ipv6.
              
The prefix length is specified by
bgpPeerRangeRemotePrefixLen.  Any bits beyond the specified
prefix length must be zero.
