This field is now deprecated - use

Set this to 'true' to trigger BGP to send a Route Refresh
to the peer for this AFI/SAFI.
Setting this field will only have an effect if a BGP
session to the peer is active. Peers that do not support
route refresh will have their sessions toggled.
This field always has the value 'false' when read.
