This table provides the Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI) System Event Log (SEL) events that the Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) collected. The IPMI events pertain to memory errors, out-of-bound sensors, power cycling, restart failures, and other like events. The contents of this status provider are cryptic. This information is primarily for IBM Support and included in error reports. IBM Support can use this information to determine whether there was a hardware failure.
