OctetString
URL of the computer on which your application (Telnet server process) is active. The URL can be used instead of an IP address and only in conjunction with a valid DNS server. The URL contains a maximum of 64 characters and is terminated with a 0x00. If the fist character is 0x00, the URL is empty.
