Add a channel to the channel list used by this Inverse
Multiplexer group.  Before a channel is added, the 
channel must be assigned a MIB II ifindex, and an
acceptable Datalink Protocol. When this object is set,
it is set with the ifindex value. This object is always
read as a 1.
