The l2PortDemandAgeLowBound value determines how many MAC
entries need to be aged-out. See l2PortDemandAgeHiBound. Default
value is 85%.
Example: if - L2 table capacity = 10,000 entries
- l2PortDemandAgeHiBound = 95%
- l2PortDemandAgeLowBound = 85%
When the L2 table reaches 95% capacity (9500 MAC entries),
10% of the entries will be aged-out.
