The way in which this user was assigned to a vlan. 
Inherited(2) signifies that the user was assigned its vlan
based on the default for its port.  Auto-Registered(3)
indicates that the user was assigned to its vlan based on
packet analysis and vlan manager criteria. Static(4) signifies
the user was assigned its vlan by the vlan manager application.
