following values are defined:
none(1) - The network is not used by the cluster.
client(2) - The network is used to connect client
systems to the cluster.
internal(3) - The network is used to carry internal
cluster communication.
clientAndInternal(4) - The network is used to connect client
systems and for internal cluster communication.
