column mandatory r/w Integer32

The number of packet to send. When greater than zero,
the agent at module chStackHealthGroupID
send a UDP packet to chStackHealthTxModule,
port 5090, size chStackHealthTxPktLen via cascading 
port stackHealthTxPhyPort. 
The agent decrements this leaf by one for each packet 
it sends.
